внести зміни в абз. перший п.3.1 договору: ЗАМОВНИК здійснює фінансування ПІДРЯДНИКА на потреби виконання робіт за Договором за рахунок коштів бюджету інфраструктурної субвенції у розмірі 1 280 572 грн. 43 коп. та за рахунок коштів субвенції з місцевого бюджету на реалізацію програми " Спроможна школа для кращих результатів" за рахунок відповідних коштів з державного бюджету, як розпорядник коштів у розмірі 4 539 178,39грн.В т.ч.: на 2019рік-1 280 572.43грн., на 2020рік - 4 289 425,93грн.,на 2021рік - 249 752,46грн.; внести зміни в п.4.2. договору :строк закінчення робіт- до 31.12.2021року; внести зміни в п.13.1. договору: цей договір набирає чинності з моменту його укладання і діє до 31.12.2021року, але в будь-якому разі до виконання сторонами своїх обов'язків відповідно до цього Договору
