Продовження строку дії договору в звязку з відсутністю фінансування витрат замовника,керуючись п.4 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України « Про публічні закупівлі »- продовження строку дії договору та виконання зобовʼязань щодо передання товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених обʼєктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови, що такі не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі уклали дану додаткову угоду про наступне: 1. Речення перше пункт 9.1. Договору № 91 від 18.04.2019р. «Про надання послуг з водовідведення » викласти в наступній редакції: « 9.1.Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання і діє до 31.03.2020 року, або до повного виконання зобовʼязань вказаних у цьому договорі .
