В зв’язку з подовженням дії спільного з Європейським інвестиційним банком проекту «Надзвичайна кредитна програма для відновлення України» до 30.10.2021року Сторони домовились внести зміни до п. 18.1. Договору № 356 від 31.07.2020р. (надалі – Договір), до Додатку № 2 та Додатку № 3 Договору № 356 від 31.07.2020р.
Сторони домовились викласти п. 18.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
«Цей Договір вважається укладеним після підписання Сторонами і набирає чинності з моменту отримання резолюції ЄІБ «без заперечень» і діє до 30.10.2021року, а у частині виконання зобов’язань Сторін – до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором»
