Ураховуючи те, що Додатковою угодою №7 від 10.01.2017 до Договору №160л/16 від 10.10.2016 було внесено зміни до Договору шляхом збільшення вартості послуг на 20%, а саме на 76998,35 грн. (у відповідності до частини 5 статті 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі») та те, що на момент укладання договору на 2017 рік зазначена сума не була використана, пункт 3.1. Договору №160л/16 від 10.10.2016 викласти в наступній редакції: «3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 384991,73 грн»
