1. Відповідно до п. 5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та керуючись п.9.2 Договору про закупівлю № 6/17 від 26.06.2017 року Сторони домовились внести зміни в п 9.1. договору та подовжити термін дії договору до 28.02.18 і передбачити суму договору на оплату Товару у 2018 році у сумі 250000,00 грн. (двісті п’ятдесят тисяч грн. 00 коп.), у тому числі: ПДВ 41 666,67 грн., що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми договору № 6/17 від 26 червня 2017 року.
