Сторони керуючись п. 13.5 Розділу 13 "Інші умови Договору", ч.6 ст 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", домовились внести зміни до Договору, а саме, продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі. Вартість Договору становить 13766,66 грн. з ПДВ. Строк дії Договору - до 28.02.2022р., але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами умов Договору.
