В зв’язку із тим, що в торгах приймало участь велика кількість учасників, витримуючи процедуру торгів, визначення переможця відбулося тільки 10.09.2020р. Згідно діючого законодавства укласти договір Замовник не мав права раніше 10 днів після визначення переможця. Також у зв’язку з тим, що в приміщеннях лікарні на сьогоднішній день відсутнє опалення, а погодні умови не дозволяють виконання робіт з дотриманням усіх будівельних норм та технології проведення будівельних робіт у встановлені строки.

На підставі листа отриманого від компанії ТОВ «ПРОТЕК СОЛЮШНЗ УКРАЇНА» 24 листопада 2020 року, в якому була вказана модифікація комп’ютерно-томографічної системи (Revolution Evo-64 зрізи) та дата її поставки (15.12.2020) в приміщенні КТ, проектувальники змогли розпочати розроблення креслень по опорядженню вище вказаного приміщення, яке до цього було неможливим. В зв’язку з цим виникла необхідність підсилення підлоги в місці розташування системи, оздоблення стін та стелі рентгенозахисним барітовим гіпсокартоном чи штукатуркою, електромонтажні роботи та інше.
