Предмет договору» Договору № 9 Е від 09.11.2020 (далі – Договір) та викладення його в наступній редакції: «1.1. Виконавець зобов’язується у порядку та на умовах, визначених цим Договором, надати послуги: Експлуатаційне утримання автомобільної дороги загального користування державного значення Т-20-02 Тернопіль-Скалат-Жванець км 0+000 – км 35+000, км 99+580 – км 119+740 у Тернопільській області (45230000-8 — Будівництво трубопроводів, ліній зв’язку та електропередач, шосе, доріг, аеродромів і залізничних доріг; вирівнювання поверхонь), за рахунок коштів державного бюджету (інших бюджетів) та в обумовлений цим договором термін. Замовник зобов’язується прийняти надані згідно із цим договором та чинним законодавством України належним чином послуги після перевірки фізичних та вартісних показників та сплатити їх вартість по мірі надходження коштів передбачених на ці цілі на його рахунок.». Внесення змін в Додаток № 1 та Додаток № 3 до Договору та викладення їх в новій редакції.
