Відповідно до ч.5 ст.36 Закону України " Про публічні закупівлі" № 922-VIII від25 грудня 2015 року ( зі змінами та доповненнями) та п.п.10.1 п.10 Строк дії договору №1498-Т від 07.02.2018 року, сторони дійшли спільної згоди збільшити суму договору на 73067,67 грн. ( Сімдесят три тисячі шістдесят сім гривень 67 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ, ( власні потреби - 71388,24 грн. з ПДВ та на потреби орендарів 1679,43 грн. з ПДВ), що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році. з метою здійснення видатків на початку 2019 року на час проведення процедури, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку закупівлі. Ціна цього договору становить 438406,06 гривень з ПДВ.
