Відповідно до п. 5 Постанови Кабінету Міністрів «Деякі питання реформування управління лісової галузі» від 07 вересня 2022 р. № 1003: державне спеціалізоване господарське підприємство “Ліси України” є правонаступником майна, прав та обов’язків спеціалізованих державних лісогосподарських підприємств, які належать до сфери управління Державного агентства лісових ресурсів, що реорганізуються. На виконання Наказу Державного агентства лісових ресурсів України «Про припинення ДЕРЖАВНОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА «ВИГОДСЬКЕ ЛІСОВЕ ГОСПОДАРСТВО» та затвердження складу комісії з припинення» від 28.10.2022 р. № 921 шляхом реорганізації – приєднання до Державного спеціалізованого господарського підприємства «Ліси України» (код ЄДРПОУ 44768034) було здійснено передачу активів та пасивів ДП «Вигодський лісгосп» на баланс ДП «Ліси України» за Передавальним актом від 06.01.2023 року, затвердженим Наказом Державного агентства лісових ресурсів України від 09.01.2023 р. № 59. Відповідно д п. 8 наказу від 28.10.2022 р. № 921 Державне спеціалізоване господарське підприємство «Ліси України» є правонаступником прав та обов'язків Державного підприємства «Вигодське лісове господарство».
