На підставі п. 9.3 Договору та в зв’язку з набранням чинності з 01.05.2019 року Постанови НКРЕКП № 2001 від 21.12.2018 р. «Про встановлення тимчасових тарифів для АТ «УКРТРАНСГАЗ» на послуги транспортування природного газу для точок входу і точок виходу на перший рік другого регуляторного періоду та визнання такими, що втратили чинність, деяких постанов НКРЕКП», саме в зв’язку зі зміною регульованих цін (тарифів) і нормативів, які застосовуються в договорі про закупівлю Сторони домовились пункт 3.2 Розділу ІІІ Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«3.2. Ціна газу з 01.06.2019 року становить 7615,523 грн. за 1000 куб.м., крім того ПДВ 1523,105 грн., всього з ПДВ – 9138,628 грн. (з урахуванням тарифу на транспортування – 157,19 грн., без ПДВ, який встановлено Постановою НКРЕКП № 2001 від 21.12.2018р.)».
