Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», статтею 188 Господарського кодексу України, та у відповідності до п. 8.2. Договору № 60 від 13.03.2017р. (далі - Договір), у зв’язку із необхідністю супроводження та технічної підтримки комп’ютерної програми НАІС, Сторони дійшли згоди укласти цю Додаткову угоду № 2 про таке: 1) Загальну вартість договору збільшити на 815 988,00 грн (вісімсот п'ятнадцять тисяч дев’ятсот вісімдесят вісім гривень ).
