1. Сторони домовилися зменшити зобов’язання Споживача по Договору на 36540,47 грн. (тридцять шість тисяч п’ятсот сорок гривень 47 копійок) з ПДВ.
2. Сторони погодились внести зміни в п.5.1. Договору виклавши його в наступній редакції:
«5.1. Загальна вартість Товару (вартість Договору) становить: 661979,59 грн. (шістсот шістдесят одна тисяча дев’ятсот сімдесят дев’ять гривень 59 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 20% – 110329.93 грн. (сто десять тисяч триста двадцять дев’ять гривень гривень 93 коп.).».
