Зменшити суму Договору на 235210,39 грн в т.ч. ПДВ та внести зміни до пп2.3 п.2 та викласти в наступній редакції: Ціна цього Договору становить 410186,61 грн в т.ч.ПДВ-68364,44 грн а саме: Згідно кошторису на 2024 рік-399173,97 грн в т.ч.ПДВ-66529,00 грн. За рахунок відшкодування від арендаторів - 11012,64 грн в т.ч.ПДВ-1835,44 грн Сторони прийшли згоди що умови даної додаткової угодт діють з дати її підписання.
