Note:
Сторони домовилися, керуючись пунктом 4 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», продовжити строк поставки Товару до «30» липня 2021 року, відповідно пункт 5.1. Розділу 5 «Поставка товару» викласти в новій редакції.
«5.1.Строки поставки: Товар повинен бути поставлений Замовнику до 30 липня 2021 року включно».
Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
