У зв’язку з наявністю підстав (зростання закупівельної ціни електричної енергії на всіх сегментах ринку електричної енергії), та керуючись пп. 2 п. 4 ст. 36 розділу VII Закону та пунктом 12.1 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору. Ціна за одиницю товару Електрична енергія збільшується на 0.10289 грн. та становить 2,14447 грн. з ПДВ на 1 кВт*год.Загальний обсяг споживання електричної енергії Замовником за цим Договором становить 115 096 кВт. год
