у звязку з необхідністю проведення Замовником на початку 2022 року процедури закупівлі Послуги з озеленення території Личаківського району м. Львова: формувальна та санітарна обрізка, видалення окремих дерев та кущів, керуючись п.8 ч.5 та ч.6 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та з урахуванням додаткової угоди №1 від 31.12.2021 року до Договору про закупівлю послуг за CPV за ДК 021:2015 - 77310000-6 Послуги з озеленення територій та утримання зелених насаджень (Послуги з озеленення території Личаківського району м. Львова: формувальна та санітарна обрізка, видалення окремих дерев та кущів) від 23 березня 2021 року №4/33-96, дійшли згоди про таке:
1.Виконавець зобовязується надати послуги у порядку та за ціною, визначеною у Договорі про закупівлю послуг від 23 березня 2021 року №4/33-96 у період з 01 січня по 01 квітня 2022 року включно.
2.Загальна вартість послуг, зазначених у п.1 цієї додаткової угоди становить 279 980,00 грн без ПДВ
3.В звязку з укладенням додаткової угоди №2 загальна вартість Договору про закупівлю послуг від 23 березня 2021 року №4/33-96, а саме пункт 2.1 становить 1679880,00 грн. без ПДВ
