Сторони дійшли згоди про наступне:
1. Укласти цю додаткову угоду на продовження строку дії договору про закупівлю №25 від 06.03.2019 року (далі - «Договір») на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року на 2020 рік в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі № 25 від 06.03.2019 року.
2. Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з 01 січня 2020 року та діє до укладання нового договору на 2020 рік за результатами проведеної Замовником процедури закупівлі , але не довше ніж до 31 березня 2020 року.
3. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.

Ціна договору та Додатку №1 «Специфікація» (додається):
«3.1. Ціна Договору становить: 974 275,20 гри., у тому числі ПДВ - 162 379,20 гри .»
