Відповідно до документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, виникла необхідність внесення змін до договору №533-б, укладеного 02.07.2020 року з КП «Зелене будівництво» СМР в частині продовження терміну виконання робіт до 22.12.2020 р. у зв’язку із погодними умовами в жовтні 2020 р. 1. Керуючись п.4 ч.5 статті 41 та статтю 11 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» внести зміни до договору №533-б, укладеного 02.07.2020 року з КП «Зелене будівництво» СМР шляхом укладання з виконавцем робіт додаткової угоди.
