1. Збільшити суму Договору № 6 від 11.02.2021 р. код за ДК 021:2015-15320000-7 – Фруктові та овочеві соки (Сік фруктовий (в асортименті)), на 29 083,56 грн. (двадцять дев’ять тисяч вісімдесят три гривні 56 коп.), що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році.
2. Внести зміни до пункту 3.1 розділу ІІІ Договору та викласти його в новій редакції: «3.1. Сума цього Договору становить: 182 155,75 грн. (сто вісімдесят дві тисячі сто п’ятдесят п’ять гривень 75 коп.) без ПДВ.».
Кількість товару: сік фруктовий (в асортименті) - 11759,57 л.
