Відповідно п.2 ч.4 ст.36 Закону, Сторони дійшли згоди змнити вартість одиниці товару "Олія соняшникова рафінована у пляшках по 1л" в сторону збільшення та відповідно зменшити обсяг закупівлі товарів.
Внесим зміни в Специфікацію 3 та викласти в новій редакції Специфікація 4.
Всі інші умови договору залишаються без змін.

1. Сторони домовились продовжити дію основного Договору для проведення
процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року, внести відповідні зміни до п. 10.1. Договору, та викласти в такій редакції;
“ 10.1.Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 01.04.2021 p., але у будь-якому разі до моменту повного виконання Сторонами своїх обов'язків, що випливають із умов нього Договору. Датою підписання цього Договору є дата вказана в правому верхньому куті на першій сторінці цього Договору.”
2. Всі інші пункти Договору є незмінними та чинними на момент підписання цієї
додаткової угоди.
3. Додаткова угода є невід'ємною частиною договору, складена українською мовою в двох ідентичних примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу по одному для кожної зі сторін.
