Керуючись абзацом 8 пункту 18.2 розділу 18 Договору та абзацом 8 пункту 48 Особливостей здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11 листопада 2022 р. № 1275, на підставі експертної оцінки скоригованної кошторисної частини проектної документації по обʼєкту та з метою приведення договірної ціни у відповідність, Сторони дійшли згоди: . Пункт 2.1. розділу 2 «Ціна договору» викласти у наступній редакції: «Загальна ціна Договору становить 14 852 989,89 грн. (Чотирнадцять мільйонів вісімсот п’ятдесят дві тисячі дев’ятсот вісімдесят дев’ять грн. 89 коп.) без податку на додану вартість, крім того, податок на додану вартість становить 2 970 597,98 грн. (Два мільйона дев’ятсот сімдесят тисяч п’ятсот дев’яноста сім грн. 98 коп.), всього 17 823 587,87 грн. (Сімнадцять мільйонів вісімсот двадцять три тисячі п’ятсот вісімдесят сім грн. 87 коп.)». Викласти договірну ціну робіт та план фінансування робіт у редакціях що додаються.
