Сторони відповідно до ст.36 ч.4 п.2 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" домовилися збільшити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 % в зв'язку з коливанням ціни даного виду товару на ринку. Щоб зазначені зміни не призвели до збільшення суми, було зменшено обсяги закупівлі свинини обрізної без кісточок,ІІ категорії на 223,8 кг.. Зменшено суму договору на 3,32 грн..Загальна сума за договору становить 252186,68 грн. без ПДВ..

Була допущена технічна описка в додатковій угоді №3 до договору №73/2230. Відповідно Прококолу засідання тендерного комітету від 15.01.2018 року №3 вважати дійсним пункт 2 додаткової угоди від 29.12.2017 р. №3 до договору №73/2230 про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти від 20.03.2017 в такій редакції:
«2.Викласти в новій редакції п.12.1 розділу XII "Термін дії договору та інші умови": "Договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання уповноваженими на це представниками і скріплення печатками Сторін і діє до "01" березня 2018 року."»
