У зв’язку з військовою агресією Російської Федерації проти України, що стало підставою введення воєнного стану із 05 годин 30 хвилин 24 лютого 2022 року строком на 30 діб, відповідно до Указу Президента України від 24 лютого 2022 року № 64/2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні», та змін до нього, що в свою чергу є надзвичайними, невідворотними та об’єктивними обставинами для Замовника, керуючись пунктом 3.5.1. Договору Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди цією Додатковою угодою № 1 продовжити терміни виконання умов договору (виконання робіт) до 31 грудня 2022 року.
