Note:
Відповідно до бюджетних призначень згідно Рішення виконкому Львівської міської ради від 20.07.2020 №611 на фінансування у 2020 році робіт по Договору №590-к від 02 грудня 2020 року внести зміни і доповнення в п.3.1 договору та викласти його у такій редакції: "3.1. Загальна вартість Робіт згідно з договірною ціною становит 15 999 990,00 грн(п'ятнадцять мільйонів дев'ятсот дев'яносто дев'ять грн. 00 коп), у тому числі ПДВ 20% - 2 666 665,00 грн.( 2 мільйони шістсот шістдесят шість тисяч шістсот сістдесят п'ять грн. 00 коп.). Вартість робіт, які підлягають виконанню по Договору в 2020 році відповідно до бюджетних призначень становить 13 861,80 грн.( тринадцять тисяч вісімсот шістдесят одна гривня 80 коп) , в тому числі ПДВ 20% - 2 310,30 грн.( дві тисячі триста десять грн. 30 коп.). Залишкова вартість робіт по договору в сумі 15 986 128,82 грн.( п'ятнадцять мільйонів дев'ятсот вісімдесят шість тисяч сто двадцять вісім грн. 82 коп.) з ПДВ переноситься на наступні бюджетні періоди.

У зв'язку з відсутністю коштів на фінансування робіт по даному Договору для завершення у 2020 році, Сторони, керуючись чинним законодавством в Україні та положеннями розділів 5 та 11 Договору №590-к від 02 грудня 2020 року дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни і доповнення до п. 12.1 договору та викласти його у такій редакції: "12.1. Договір вступає в силу з моменту підписання Сторонами і діє до 31 грудня 2021 року, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань за Договором."
