У зв'язку з необхідністю проведення закупівлі природного газу на 2019 рік, Сторони вирішили укласти Додаткову угоду на продовження терміну дії Договору на постачання природного газу №8 від 07.02.2018 (далі - Договір) на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2019 року, а саме: внести зміни до пункту 12.1 розділу ХІІ Договору та викласти його у наступній редакції:
"Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання та діє до 28 лютого 2019, а в частині розрахунків - до їхнього завершення"
