Відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 20 травня 2020 р. № 392 “Про встановлення карантину з метою запобігання поширенню на території України гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2” (Офіційний вісник України, 2020 р., № 33, ст. 1394) — із змінами, внесеними постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 22 липня 2020 р. № 641, у зв’язку з забороною проведення всіх масових заходів включно до 31.08.2020 року та із змінами, внесеними постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 26 серпня 2020 р. № 760, у зв’язку з забороною проведення всіх масових заходів включно до 31.10.2020 року на підставі пункту 4 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та відповідно пункту 3 статті 631 Цивільного кодексу України сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни перенести строк і місце надання послуг.
