Note:
1) Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 651 Цивільного Кодексу України , та пункту 10.3. Договору №10 від 15.01.2018 р. Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну цього Договору на суму, що не перевищує 20 % від суми визначеної в Договорі, а саме – 6576,00 грн. (Шість тисяч п’ятсот сімдесят шість грн. 00 коп. ), в т.ч. ПДВ- 1096,00 грн. .
Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними, Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
Додаткова угода №3 набирає чинності з моменту підписання і є невід’ємною частиною договору № 10 від 15.01.2018 р. Дану додаткову угоду складено у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної із Сторін, кожен з яких має однакову юридичну силу.
