В зв’язку із відсутністю фінансування на підставі п. 4) ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»(в редакції чинній на момент укладання договору) Замовник і Виконавець дійшли згоди внести зміни Договору № 147 від 08травня 2018 року по об’єкту Капітальний ремонт (енергоефективна термосанація) Будинку культури в с. Станишівка, Житомирського району, Житомирської області (код ДК 021:2015: 45453000-7 - Капітальний ремонт і реставрація), а саме продовжити його дію та викласти в наступній редакції:
«п. 5.1. Договору Строк виконання робіт – до 31.12.2021 року».
«п. 10.1 Договору Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати підписання і діє до 31 грудня 2021 року включно, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань.»
