1. Відповідно до п.5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» продовжити дію угоди № 4 від 05.01.2017р. на строк до 31.03.2018р., достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в угодах, укладених в попередньому році, а саме до угоди № 4 від 05.01.2017р. на суму 294 233,00грн. (двісті дев’яносто чотири тисячі двісті тридцять три грн. 00 коп.).
2. В іншому, що не суперечить даній додатковій угоді, Постачальник і Споживач керуються положенням договору про постачання електричної енергії № 2108 від 31.12.2014р.
