Note:
1. Керуючись пп.1 п.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» узгодити зменшення ціни постачання по договору №2 від 13 січня 2021 на 150 000,00 (сто п’ятдесят тисяч грн. 00 коп.).
2. Першу частину пункт 3.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Загальна очікувана ціна цього Договору становить 2 276 030,00 грн. (два мільйони двісті сімдесят шість тисяч тридцять грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ – 379 338,33 грн..
3. У зв’язку із застосуванням п.1 цієї Додаткової угоди, Сторони домовились викласти Специфікацію до Договору у новій редакції (додаток 1 до договору).
4. Ця додаткова угода укладена в двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу та є невід’ємною частиною Договору.
5. Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання сторонами.
