У відповідності до п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» викласти п. 3.1. розділу ІІІ Договору про закупівлю електричної енергії в наступній редакції:
«Ціна договору до 31 грудня 2020 року, згідно з обсягами державного бюджетного фінансування становить 2 937 951 (два мільйони дев’ятсот тридцять сім тисяч дев’ятсот п’ятдесят одна) грн. 53 коп., у тому числі ПДВ 489 658,59 грн., з яких за рахунок кошторисних призначень – 2 917 559 (два мільйони дев’ятсот сімнадцять тисяч п’ятсот п’ятдесят дев’ять) грн. 87 коп., у т.ч. ПДВ 486 259,98 грн.; за рахунок відшкодування орендарів – 20 391 (двадцять тисяч триста дев’яносто одна) грн. 66 коп., у т.ч. ПДВ 3 398,61 грн
