Згідно пункту 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» ціна цього Договору встановлюється в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, та становить 116142,29 грн. ( сто шістнадцять тисяч сто сорок дві грн. 29 коп.) з ПДВ, в тому числі ПДВ становить 19357,05 грн.

Строк (термін) (надання послуг)– протягом січня – грудня 2019 року та січня 2020 року, згідно з умовами постачання теплової енергії, визначеними умовами Основного договору.
