Note:
Керуючись п.2 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п. 3.5. основного Договору сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару - Сир кисломолочний не менше 9% 200 гр. (568 шт. по 25,52 грн.,3576 шт. по 28,06 грн.), Сир твердий «Чеддер» не менше 45% (15,548 кг по 239,50 грн., 58,5 кг по 263,42 грн.), не більше ніж на 10 відсотків, у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, а також Сторони домовились внести зміни в п.3.1 основного Договору, а саме викласти наступний пункт в такій редакції: «Ціна Договору становить: 133971,73 грн. (Сто тридцять три тисячі дев’ятсот сімдесят одна гривня 73 копійки), у тому числі податок на додану вартість – 22328 грн. 62 коп. (Двадцять дві тисячі триста двадцять вісім грн. 62 коп.)».
