Керуючись п.2 ч.5ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі "№396-ІХ від 19.12.2019 року "збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку -за умови ,що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю ,-не частіше ніж один раз на 90 днів з моменту підписання договору про закупівлю"Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору №9-с від 19.02.2021 року,а саме збільшити ціни на товар за умови ,що сума договору не збільшиться.
