Сторони керуючись пунктом 8 частини 5 та частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п.п. 2.3., 2.4.,8.2.,8.3. договору № 26/96 про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти від 06 березня 2021 уклали додатковий договір про внесення змін до договору та домовилися викласти у новій редакції пункт 2.1. договору та додаток 3 до договору .
