Сторони дійшли згоди про оплату послуги у 2026 році на суму 1 313868.91 грн. ( один мільйон триста тринадцять тисяч вісімсот шістдесят вісім грн. 91 коп.) в т.ч ПДВ 218978.15 грн. ( двісті вісімнадцять тисяч дев`ятсот сімдесят вісім грн. 15 коп.), яка не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі. Керуючись ч.3 Статті 631 Цивільного кодексу України Сторони дійшли згоди про застосування положень цієї статті з 01.01.2026 року.
