Внести зміни до пунктів 5.1 та 5.2 Договору та викласти їх в наступній редакції:
5.1. Ціна за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії за цим договором становить:
2-й клас напруги - 1,91379 грн. без ПДВ, ПДВ 0,38275 грн., а разом з ПДВ 2,29654 грн. (дві гривні 29,654 коп.). У ціну включається тариф на послуги з передачі електроенергії (0,29393 грн. без ПДВ за 1 кВт*год.) та не включається тариф на послуги з розподілу електроенергії. Споживач здійснює оплату за послуги електричної енергії відповідно до умов Договору.
5.2. Загальна вартість цього Договору становить 1059 999,79 грн., крім того ПДВ - 211999,96 грн., разом з пдв - 1271999,75 грн. (один мільйон двісті сімдесят одна тисяча девятсот девяносто девять гривень 75 коп.)."
