У зв’язку із збільшенням кошторисних призначень на 2019 рік по об'єкту: «Реконструкція фасаду ДЗН №6 «Теремок» вул., Лесі Українки, 21, м. Трускавець Львівської області» (коригування)» Сторони дійшли згоди:
1.1. Збільшити суму фінансування робіт на 2019 р. по даному об’єкту на 400 000 грн.
1.2. У відповідності до затверджених кошторисних призначень на 2019 рік, загальна сума фінансування по даному об’єкту складає 650 000,00 грн. (Шістсот п’ятдесят тисяч грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ.
Загальна сума фінансування робіт в межах Договірної ціни на 2019 р. може бути переглянута при виділенні додаткових кошторисних призначень.
