обладнання від 10.04.2017р., а саме: у Розділі 9. Строк дії договору та інші умови
викласти перше речення пункту 8.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
«8.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання сторонами і діє
до 31.12.2017 р.»
2.Сторони керуючись пп. З, 5 частини 4 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» дійшли
згоди внести зміни у Додаток № 1 Договору № 2 на поставку дитячого обладнання від 10.04.2017р., виклавши його в новій редакції, що додається.
