Сторони уклали дану Додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Постачальник зобов’язується поставити товар в порядку та за ціною, визначеною в Договорі № 29 від 07 лютого 2022 року (далі - Договір) в період з 01.01.2023 року по 31.03.2023 року включно.
2. Загальна сума вартості Договору на момент підписання даної угоди з усіма змінами становить 496 130 гривень 72 копійки з ПДВ. Відповідно до затверджених видатків на 2023 рік 20 % від суми початкового договору про закупівлю складає 82 675 гривень 32 копійок з ПДВ
3. Кількість/ обсяг товарів згідно Додатку №1 Договору № 29 від 07 лютого 2022 року з урахуванням змін становить:
