Note:
1. У зв’язку зі зміною з 01.01.2021 регульованих цін за 1 кВт*год , на послуги з передачі та розподілу електричної енергії, та зменшення загальної суми Договору на 4046,00 грн. (чотири тисячі сорок шість грн. 00 коп.), пункт 2.4 розділу 2 «Предмет Договору» викласти у новій редакції наступного змісту:
«2.4 Плановий обсяг продажу електроенергії за Договором становить 32990 кВт. Обсяги закупівлі товару може бути зменшено залежно від реального фінансування видатків Споживача»
2. Пункт 5.1. Договору викласти у новій редакції наступного змісту: «5.1. Споживач розраховується з Постачальником за електричну енергію за ціною, що становить 3,19036 грн. (три гривні 19036 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ – 0,53173 грн. (нуль гривень 53173 коп.).
Загальна вартість цього Договору становить: 87708,33 грн. (вісімдесят сім тисяч сімсот вісім гривень 33 коп.), крім того ПДВ – 17541,67 грн. (сімнадцять тисяч п’ятсот сорок одна гривня 67 коп.). Всього з ПДВ 105250,00 грн. (Сто п’ять тисяч двісті п’ятдесят гривень 00 коп.).
3. Додаткова угода набирає чинності з дати іі підписання, а її дія розповсюджується на розрахункові періоди з 01.01.2021.
