Note:
1. У звязку із значним підвищенням цін на матеріал для виготовлення листа стального оцинкованого, сторони, керуючись п.10.4. і п.11.6 Договору про закупівлю товару № 01-08 від 07.08.2017р., листом-пропозицією Постачальника від 26.12.2017р. № 71, домовились внести зміни до Договору - в частині збільшення вартості одиниці Товару, що не перевищує порогів цін відповідно до даних цінофої інформаційної довідки Львівської ТПП від 26.12.2017р. № 19-09/1385 (без зміни ціни Договору) доповнивши п.1.1. Договору підпунктом 1.1.1. в наступній редакції: "1.1.1. Вартість одиниці Товару з 26 грудня 2017 року становить: 1) лист стальний оцинкований плоский 0,5х1000х2000 - 229.20 грн./шт., з ПДВ; 2) лист стальний оцинкований плоский (гофрований) 0,5х920х2000 - 229,74 грн./шт., з ПДВ". 2. Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії Договору на 2018 рік, виклавши пункт 10.1. Договору в редакції: “10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання обома Сторонами та діє до 31 грудня 2018 року, а в частині розрахунків – не пізніше повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань”.
