Відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 року №922-VIII (із змінами і доповненнями) "Сторони" дійшли згоди: Дію договору про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти від 04.12.2017 року №ЦЗ-109/2017 продовжити на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі, а саме до 31 березня 2018 року в обсязі 77222,40 грн. (Сімдесят сім тисяч двісті двадцять дві грн. 40 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ - 12870,40 грн., що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у вищезазначеному договорі.
