Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди змінити ціну газу, що поставляється Споживачу на умовах Договору про постачання природного газу № ВТ 762-04/3 від 20 грудня 2017 року в бік збільшення без збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі, у зв’язку з чим, з моменту підписання даної додаткової угоди, викласти п.п. 4.1., 4.2. Розділу 4 «Ціна газу» Договору в наступній редакції: ціна за 1000 (одну тисячу) кубічних метрів становить – 8 860,00 грн., крім того 20% ПДВ – 1 772,00 грн.; Всього до сплати за 1000 кубічних метрів природного газу з урахуванням 20% ПДВ –10 632,00 грн.
