Враховуючи частину 5 статті 36 (в новій редакції ч.6 ст.41) Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25 грудня 2015 року №922-VIII (зі змінами) та згідно Договору, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти цю Додаткову угоду про продовження строку дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі.
