Керуючись підпунктами 1, 4 пункту 19 Особливостей, які затверджені постановою КМУ № 1178 від 12.10.2022; 1) зменшити суму договору про закупівлю № 25/2023 від 09 лютого 2023 року на 151 521,02 грн. Ціна цього договору становить: 4 601 835 грн 53 коп. (чотири мільйони шістсот одна тисяча вісімсот тридцять п’ять гривень 53 копійки) з ПДВ, сплата якої відбувається за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету в сумі - 4 507 578 грн 71 коп. (чотири мільйони п’ятсот сім тисяч п’ятсот сімдесят вісім гривень 71 копійка), та за рахунок власних коштів у сумі - 94 256 грн 82 коп. (дев’яносто чотири тисячі двісті п’ятдесят шість гривень 82 копійки); 2) продовжити термін дії договору про закупівлю послуг № 25/2023 від 09 лютого 2023 року до 31.03.2024 року.
