2. Інші умови Договору, не зачеплені цією Угодою, залишаються незмінними і сторони підтверджують по ним свою згоду

Керуючись пунктом 2 частини 4, статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі – Закон) «зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі» та враховуючи раніше підписані Додаткові угоди, Сторони уклали дану Додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. У зв’язку зі збільшенням рівня ціни на паливо, та керуючись п.2 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» ( у редакції 2015 року) сторони домовилися викласти Додаток № 1 до договору № 1637 від 15.04.2020р. «Специфікацію товару» у новій редакції, що додається.
2. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
