Відповідно до 5.2.Договору та Додатку № 3 "Порядок визначення та зміни ціни постачання електричної енергії" до договору Сторони погодили наступне: «Ціна Ц за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії за підсумками грудня 2024 року становить 8 483614 грн.(з ПДВ):Ц=(6,08677*1,05 + 0,52857 + 0,15)*1,2 = 8,483614 а саме:Ца= 6,08677 грн за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ; Тосп = 0,52857 грн за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ;Впост = 0,15 грн за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ; Відповідно до ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України Сторони домовились, що умови цієї Угоди застосовуються до відносин, які виникли між сторонами до її укладення, а саме з 01 грудня 2024 р. Всі інші умови, вищезазначеного Договору, не змінені в цій Угоді, залишаються чинними, і Сторони підтверджують щодо них свої зобов’язання.
