Керуючись п.2 ч.5 статты Закону України "Про публїчны закупівлі" згідно п.13.2 Розділу 13"Строк дії Договору та інші умови Договору" та умов Додатку №2 до Договору Комерційна пропозиція "Сторони домовились змінитиціну на електричну енергію за 1 кВт*год не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв'язку з коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку , та без збільшення загальної вартості договору, що підтверджуються інформацією з веб-сайту ДП "Оператор ринку" у зв'язку з чим ціна за 1 кВт*год становить 2,5890642 грн. з ПДВ.
